After two vintages made for a very long aging, now comes 2007, soft and supple, but intense and accomplished with a rich and precise fruit. These generous and joyful wines are made for drinking more than collecting, and they should evolve slowly and regularly, without these frustrating ups and downs that affect many of the more tannic vintages.
